Role: Sales Manager
Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing the sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, and budgetary objectives. This role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology, and improving processes. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.

Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, hire, and train sales staff.

Customer Relationship Management

Market Analysis and Development
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
- Identify new market opportunities and develop new customer bases.
- Monitor competitors and evaluate market trends to position the company’s products and services effectively.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.

- Liaise with finance, logistics, and operations to ensure efficient customer service and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
