🤝 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons that cover a range of religious traditions and philosophical perspectives.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that encourage students to reflect on their own beliefs and values while respecting the beliefs of others.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes open-mindedness and empathy.
- Assess student learning through a variety of assessment methods, including written assignments, discussions, and presentations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links and promote a holistic approach to education.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant qualifications in Religious Education or Theology.
- Experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of religious traditions, ethics, and philosophical perspectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meaningful discussions on sensitive topics.
- Commitment to fostering respect for religious and cultural diversity.
