As a member of Ocean Freight Tender Management team (Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager), you will
-Analyze client requirements, tender documents, and industry trends to develop winning strategies.
-Prepare and manage tender proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams, to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
-Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance business prospects.
-Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of awarded contracts.
-Track and monitor the performance of awarded contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
-Provide regular reports and updates on tender activities to senior management.

-Relevant bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
-Min 3 years in ocean freight tender management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
-Strong understanding of global logistics operations, including transportation modes, customs regulations, and industry practices.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing persuasive proposals and presentations.
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
