In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Front Office:
Your Responsibilities Include
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ambience.
- Guest Relations: Create a warm and welcoming environment, fostering guest relationships and ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated lounge staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence in service.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through effective pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to brand standards, implementing improvements as necessary.

- Proven experience in managing luxury hotel lounges or high-end hospitality establishments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
