their capabilities building world class, user-centered applications. You will be responsible for
discovering opportunities for innovation, identifying areas of improvement and inspiring empathy
driven solutions.Key roles and responsibilities
As a Lead UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate
with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an
impact by:
Working within a cross-functional, international team focusing on creating and improving
digital supply chain and manufacturing analytics tools used to drive corporate supply
chain strategy.
Building, planning, initiating, and leading programs that generate innovative applications
of new and existing designs and technologies.
Pioneering process framework and new design concepts, to create novel and user-
centered, reporting and data visualization for manufacturing and supply chain.
Providing innovative solutions and support to stakeholders and/or business leaders.
Partnering with key leadership and stakeholders to plan and strategize mid- and long-
term enterprise analytics relevant design programs.Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following
qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in design, human-computer
interaction, psychology, cognitive science or equivalent degree (completed and verified
prior to start). Six (6) years of relevant digital design experience in a private, public, government or
military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Ten (10) years of relevant digital design experience in a private, public, government or
military environment.
Experience designing for React applications, supply chain and manufacturing reporting,
data visualization, and design systems.
Skills including storytelling & presentation, UX research best practices, visual design
best practices, and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint (for larger shareouts), and collaboration tools such
as Miro. Other design tools including Adobe CS.
Experience with design research tools: UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Qualtrics.
