Our client seeks an ambitious Head of APAC to lead regional growth. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing a bespoke Business Development strategy for the Asia-Pacific market, achieving sales targets, nurturing strategic partnerships, and mentoring the APAC Business Development team. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging institutional clients within the crypto industry.
- Designing and executing customised business development strategies.
- Driving sales and revenue growth by promoting crypto products and services.
- Establishing and fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
- Offering market insights, monitoring progress, and contributing to strategic planning.
skills and experience required
- Strong network in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B blockchain industry experience, focusing on APAC.
- Proven track record in closing large deals and building successful BD teams.
- Deep understanding of staking industry, blockchain technology, and regional market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills; adaptable to diverse cultures.
