The role is fully back to office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
As an Assistant Digital Manager, your mission is to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow the company's presence through integrated digital marketing campaigns (not limited to paid media, SEO, social platforms, and CRM). Your goal is to create brand awareness, driving more traffic, engagement, and sales, while also improving online customers interaction.
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive growth through paid media (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads), social media marketing and website branding.
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning & execution, including campaign setup, ad creative development, targeting, bid management, and ongoing optimization across paid media channels.
- Oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and community management, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
- Lead website growth initiatives, including SEO optimization, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), to drive organic traffic and improve website performance.
- Identify and close gaps in the company's marketing funnels to optimize the flow and enhance overall performance.
about you
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing with a focus in driving integrated digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the home appliances/ consumer electronics/ FMCG category.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding on social media platforms and experience managing social media channels for business purposes.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO optimization, and CRO techniques.
- Experience or understanding in email marketing/ CRM.
